In addition to The Loft, you can enjoy use of the Green Room complete with hair and makeup bar and private bathroom access, and the Cellar or Perch Lounge for pre-ceremony preparations complete with complimentary snacks and beverages in both spaces.

The Details

  • Because of the design of our space, any size works well in The Loft! From an intimate baby shower to a large seated reception. Our maximum capacity is 250 seated guests. Some of the capacity is determined by what you want to do in the space—a seated dinner with a full dance floor requires more space per person that a reception where people mingle and circulate. Our team can show you examples of event set up to best accommodate your goals.

  • Two adjacent parking and surrounding street-side parking are often ample for events. For larger events, several public lots are within two short blocks. The Loft is fully accessible with elevator access.

  • We provide tables—60” round, 8’ rectangle, and high top cocktail tables—as well as wooden cross-back chairs. You are welcome to select rentals from our inventory of linens, tabletop decor, dishes, glassware, and flatware to make your planning even easier.

  • We have a full event team that handles set up and all of the details surrounding your event in The Loft. We offer top-notch catering and bar services as well as expert design and styling services. Elite floral design firm, Blakemore’s Flowers, located in the Mercantile building offers on-site services to our clients for stunning floral installations. Our preferred vendor list connects you with our favorite musicians, photographers, rental companies, planners, and specialty services for a flawless event.

  • Our outstanding culinary team works with you to create a truly memorable reception that reflects your styles and tastes. With custom menu design, there’s no picking from a generic list of standard options, we can create the perfect menu for your celebration.

    You are, of course, welcome to bring in your own caterer if you already have a favorite. There is a fee for the use of our warming kitchen for outside vendors.
